MISSION STATEMENT: To provide a caring, spiritual, and supportive environment that is geared towards helping others gain employment, as quickly as possible.

VISION:  The Seek and Find Employment Ministry will provide: job leads, guidance and help in getting started, outreach information, networking resources such as job fairs, employment blogs, etc. information on financial resources, job fairs, and prayer to those persons who attend  Hear The Word Bible Church and are seeking employment.

GOALS:

The HTWBC Employment Ministry is not to function as am employment agency, but is instead here to provide assistance to persons seeking employment, implementing job searches, or wanting to change careers. Our ministry will focus on providing general employment information relative to job search and preparation.  The ministry will make available information on outside classes and periodically host in-house classes as well, assist in the preparation of resumes, and review networking techniques.

One major goal is to form a group of HTWBC Counselors from within the church to provide up-to-date industry information, personal counseling to our members who seek our services.

We will network with those who are self-employment or those who may know of employment opportunities where they are employed.
